Juya9 was built on one simple aspiration: to deliver a safe, fair, and enjoyable online entertainment experience to all adults in Malaysia. From a small dedicated team, we have grown into one of the most trusted entertainment platforms in the region.
Who We Are
Juya9 was founded in 2019 with a clear vision — to create a digital entertainment space that truly puts Malaysian users first. At the time, most online gaming platforms available in the market felt foreign, difficult to navigate, and out of touch with local needs and preferences. juya9 was built to change all of that.
We understand that Malaysian users want more than just a gaming platform — they want a fun experience, seamless transactions in Ringgit Malaysia, communication in Bahasa Melayu, and the confidence that their data and money are always secure. That is what juya9 has built from day one.
Today, juya9 offers more than 200 games spanning slots, live casino, fish shooting, sports betting, and much more — all within one integrated, easy-to-use platform. Our team of over 150 professionals works around the clock to ensure every aspect of juya9 is always at its best.
Juya9 operates under a recognised online entertainment licence, ensuring all activities on this platform comply with the highest international standards in the digital gaming industry.
Juya9's mission is to be the number one online entertainment platform of choice for Malaysians — by prioritising user safety, fair play, seamless transactions, and a fun experience. We believe great entertainment starts with trust, and trust is built through consistent action every single day.
Juya9 aims to continue growing as an innovative, inclusive, and responsible platform — constantly introducing new experiences relevant to the needs of today's Malaysian users, while maintaining ethical and security standards that are never compromised.

Our Journey
The juya9 journey is a true testament that with an unwavering commitment to quality and user trust, a platform can grow into a recognised and respected brand in Malaysia's online entertainment industry.
Every step of this journey has been taken with care — incorporating user feedback, keeping pace with the latest technology, and always upholding our core values: security, fairness, and fun. We are proud of what we have achieved, and even more excited about what we have planned for the future.
Juya9 was founded by a group of experienced professionals from the technology and entertainment industries. The platform launched with an initial collection of 30 slot and casino games, with a full focus on the Malaysian user experience.
Juya9 introduced a Live Casino category with real human dealers and a Fish Shooting Games category — two categories that remain among the most popular games on the platform to this day. Total membership surpassed 50,000.
Juya9 has successfully integrated DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost — making the deposit and withdrawal process faster and more convenient for all Malaysian users. Withdrawal processing time has been reduced to under 15 minutes.
A major update to the juya9 mobile platform was launched, delivering a smoother and more responsive gaming experience across all devices. Active member count surged to over 200,000 throughout the year.
Juya9 introduced a tiered VIP loyalty programme and a series of prize-bearing game tournaments that received an overwhelming response from the player community. Over 100 new games were added to the platform through partnerships with leading international providers.
Juya9 reached a historic milestone — 500,000 registered members across Malaysia. The platform infrastructure was fully upgraded to support continued growth, with the addition of a live Sports Betting category that has been growing in popularity.

The juya9 security system is built on a multi-layered approach — from data encryption at the transmission level to encrypted data storage. Every account is protected with optional two-factor authentication, and our system runs continuous monitoring to detect any suspicious activity before it can affect a user's account.
The RNG (Random Number Generator) system used across all juya9 games has received certification from independent international bodies. This means every game outcome is truly random and cannot be manipulated — giving every player an equal and fair chance to win.
All communications between your device and juya9's servers are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption — the same level of security used by major banks in Malaysia.
The juya9 RNG system is regularly audited by independent parties to ensure every game is fair and cannot be manipulated by any party.
Juya9's KYC process ensures that only verified users aged 18 and above can make withdrawals, protecting all members from fraudulent activity and account takeovers.
Juya9 player funds are held separately from the company's operating funds in dedicated accounts, ensuring your money is always safe and available for withdrawal at any time.
